LISA PELGRIM

My work is influenced by the Japanese and Hawaiian culture and aesthetics of my upbringing.  I create in both two and three dimensions, often combining materials and techniques.

While primarily self-taught I have studied at the Honolulu Academy of Arts, Santa Clara University, Mission College, De Anza College, and UC Santa Cruz.  My studio space, located in Visual Philosophy Studios, is adjacent to  downtown San Jose, California.
